- Material: Consists of 100% combed ringspun cotton. Light Gray Melange is 93% cotton and 7% viscose; Charcoal Melange is 60% cotton and 40% polyester.
- File formats: Use PNG or JPEG for best results.
- Resolution: Ensure your design has a minimum of 150 DPI for sharpness. Avoid enlarging low-resolution images.
- Color profile: Set the color profile to sRGB.
- Backgrounds: Always use a transparent background to avoid unwanted color boxes.
- Transparency: Avoid partially transparent elements; instead, use solid colors or raster techniques.
- Black garments: For black t-shirts, leave black areas in your design transparent to prevent a dull undertone effect.
- Borders: Avoid exact borders, as small shifts during production can distort them.
- Print care: Wash the garment inside out in cold water to preserve the design. Use mild detergent, avoid bleach, and never iron directly on the print.

A) Length
Place the end of the tape measure at the collar at the top of the shirt (Highest Point Shoulder). Pull the tape measure down to the bottom of the shirt.
B) Half Chest Width
Lay the garment flat and measure from left to right across the chest, approximately 2 cm below the armholes.
Measurements are provided by suppliers, and garments may vary by +/- 2.5 cm (1 inch).
