Returns and Complaints

We want you to feel safe when shopping at ApixPrint. Many of the products we offer are made to order and are often customized with the customer’s own design, text, image, or logo. Because of this, specific rules apply to returns and complaints.

1. Made-to-order products

Many of our products are produced specifically for each individual order and may have a clear personal character. For such goods, the right of withdrawal normally does not apply under applicable law where the item has been made according to the customer’s specifications or has been clearly personalized.

This includes, for example, products customized with the customer’s own image, name, text, logo, or other personalized design elements.

2. When can you submit a complaint?

You may contact us if you receive:

  • the wrong item
  • an item with a production defect
  • an item with a printing error
  • an item damaged during transport
  • an item that materially differs from what was ordered

If the issue is caused by circumstances on our side or in production, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as replacement, re-production, or refund.

3. When do complaints or refunds normally not apply?

Complaints or refunds normally do not apply if:

  • you uploaded the wrong file, text, or design
  • the design was created using low-resolution or poor-quality images
  • you selected the wrong size, color, or variant
  • there are minor color differences between screen display and the finished product
  • there are minor placement variations within normal production tolerance

We always recommend checking the design, text, size, and product selection carefully before placing the order.

4. Time limit for reporting an issue

If you discover a defect or damage, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving the item.

5. How to submit a complaint

To help us process your case quickly, please send the following to contact@apixprint.no:

  • your order number
  • a short description of the issue
  • clear photos showing the defect or damage

We will review the case as quickly as possible and contact you with the next steps.

6. Resolution for approved complaints

If your complaint is approved, we may, after reviewing the case, offer:

  • re-production of the item at no additional cost
  • a replacement item
  • a full or partial refund

In many cases, you do not need to return the item before the case has been reviewed. If a return is required, we will provide instructions.

7. Return address

If a return is required by agreement with us, the item must be sent to:

8. Costs in case of an approved complaint

If the complaint is approved and a return is necessary, we will inform you how the return should be handled. Where the issue is caused by circumstances on our side, the customer should not be charged unreasonable costs in connection with resolving the case.
