Shipping and Delivery

We aim to provide clear and realistic information about order handling, production, and delivery.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to customers in Norway.

2. Handling and production time

Orders are normally processed and put into production within 2–3 business days.

Processing time may occasionally be longer during periods of high order volume, public holidays, or where manual review of the order is necessary.

3. Transit time

Once the order has been produced and dispatched, the normal transit time within Norway is 3–4 business days.

4. Estimated total delivery time

The normal total delivery time is therefore usually 5–7 business days.

In some cases, delivery may take up to 10 business days, depending on the product, delivery location, carrier, and seasonal conditions.

5. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment. Any shipping price shown on the website or during checkout should be the applicable shipping price for the order.

If you use Google Shopping or other advertised product listings, shipping costs and delivery conditions should match the information shown at checkout.

6. Tracking information

Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information where available for the shipment.

7. Delivery partners

We use professional logistics partners to help ensure safe and efficient delivery.

8. Delays

We do our best to deliver within the stated timeframe, but delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, such as transport disruptions, holidays, weather conditions, or other operational factors.

9. Incorrect address or unclaimed packages

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct delivery address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the package, or other circumstances on the recipient’s side, additional costs may apply.

10. Damaged or missing delivery

If the package arrives damaged, or if you do not receive your order within a reasonable time after the expected delivery date, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@apixprint.no.
