- File Formats and Resolution: Use PNG or JPEG with at least 150 DPI and an sRGB color profile. Ensure transparent backgrounds.
- Design Details: Avoid semi-transparent elements; opt for solid colors or raster techniques for the best results.
- Color Management for Dark Garments: Leave black areas in the design transparent to avoid a dull underlayer color.
- Borders: Avoid precise borders, as small shifts during production can distort the design.
- Important Notes: White areas on white garments will not be printed. Light hues in the design may show a faint tint from richly colored garments. Manual handling can lead to small variations in placement.
- Print Care: Wash the garment inside out in cold water to preserve the print. Use mild detergent, avoid bleach, and air dry or tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron directly on the print.
- Machine wash cold with like colors to best preserve fabric quality and colors.
- Tumble dry low or hang to dry to avoid shrinkage and maintain fit.
- Store in a cool, dry place to keep the fabric fresh and protected from moisture damage.
A) Length
Place the end of a measuring tape next to the collar at the top of the shoulder and pull the tape down to the bottom of the garment.
B) Half Chest
Lay the garment flat and measure from left to right across the chest, approximately 2 cm below the armholes.
Measurements are provided by suppliers, and garments may vary by +/- 2.5 cm (1 inch).
